In order to promote an environment conducive for learning for my child, I pledge to do the following:

• provide a quiet place for my child to study each night
• encourage my child to complete homework every day
• make sure my child gets sufficient rest and nourishment
• send my child to school on time every day
• attend school events such as Back to School Night, parent teacher conferences, etc., whenever possible
• spend at least fifteen minutes per day reading with my child

In return, Brayton School staff pledges to:

• provide a caring and supportive environment for learning
• strive to be aware of my child’s unique needs
• communicate with me regularly on my child’s progress
• encourage my child to achieve academic success
• maintain a safe and secure building
